Samad Abdulai of C3 Laundry Services shows us how he cleans food, dirt, and debris out of this ,000 Persian-style rug. It has been sitting in the client’s dining area for two decades and has never been washed. He uses special carpet shampoo, cold water, a buffer, a squeegee, and a power washer to give the carpet its first clean. Part of the rug is handmade from silk, which added an extra challenge to the job.
