We will go over what areas will need to be cleaned and spotted before work begins. Pet stains and red stains may require extra attention, expectations will be also discussed before work begins.

Does dream steemers move furniture?
The simple answer is Yes, however we will not move heavy bulky items. All jokes aside, we are not a moving company. Please move all furniture you would like us to clean around before arrival, so we can focus on the task at hand which is cleaning your carpets.

We will help move small items if necessary, heavy bulky items we will not move –
-sectionals
-heavy sofas
-heavy chairs
-electronics
-china cabinets

We also ask customers to please pre-vacuum what we are hired to clean before our arrival. Carpets with garbage on the floor will be charged additional for cleanup, we are not a maid service.

Also, by customers pre-vacuuming the area needed for cleaning before we arrive, will ensure a much smoother and time-efficient cleaning process. Pre-vacuuming basically removes dry soils hanging out on-top of the fabric, our detergents/spotting/stain removal, scrubbing and steam cleaning rinse will obliterate the rest.
